Hi!
I'm Kevin. I'm a Software Engineer with a background in Physics and experience as a Project Manager. I have a passion for creating beautiful interfaces for the web.
I'm currently based in Tokyo, working for an international recruitment company to help place top candidates in Asia and around the world. We're creating an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) built on top of Salesforce.com, written entirely in TypeScript with Angular 9. I'm also responsible for helping to migrate our legacy system from Angular JS into the new stack.
Previously, I designed and developed software with SLI Systems in Christchurch, New Zealand, mixing work and adventure. After a year and a half I moved to Melbourne, Australia to pursue the world's best coffee, and an opportunity to work with top-tier clients and deliver exceptional e-commerce integrations. My educational background is a B.A. in Physics which I studied at the University of Chicago. During my time at university I worked on solving some interesting Physics problems, usually using simulations or analysis tools I wrote in C and Python.
I spend my free time running, skiing, and when time allows, travelling as far as I can around the world.
